About us

PLAN 3

concentrates on delivering the optimal solution in the specific historic, natural and cultural context. The practice was established in 2018 as a Dalmatian-based branch of a renowned firm Studio XXL from Zagreb. During the years, the office has produced a notable number of projects, between different scales and categories, ranging from family houses and interiors to some of the largest shopping malls in Croatia. Plan3 takes care of multiple life phases of projects, from conceptual design, building permit issuing, executive projects and financial managing, for local and international clients.
